Due to severe weather conditions forecasted for today, we are unfortunately forced to postpone your session to a later date. The safety of our guests is our highest priority, but don't worry, we are here to help you reserve your new date and time slot.
Your ticket is now completely flexible and you can find a redemption coupon on your mobile app in the "Vouchers" section of your profile. You can use this voucher for the same event and select a new date and/or time slot. No rush, the redemption coupon is valid for 60 days, giving you time to reschedule your session to your preference.
How to use your coupon:
- Open the Fever app (unfortunately you can't use vouchers from the website), log in with the same login method (email, Facebook, Google or Apple ID) used when you purchased your ticket. You can download the app on Android or iOS.
- Select your event and choose the date and time you prefer, then select the number of tickets you want to buy and click on "Get it".
- On the next page, click on "Voucher or gift card". This will take you to your list of coupons.
- Select the coupon we generated for you and click "Apply voucher". This will apply the discount to your total.
- Check that the total amount to be paid is correct. If you have chosen the same number and type of tickets as in your previous purchase, the total to pay should be 0. If you chose a more expensive ticket or added more tickets, you will have to pay the difference.
- Press "Pay now" and you're done! You will find your new ticket(s) in the "Tickets" section of the application.
