Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy Milkweed Plant Sale
Inch by inch, row by row, let’s get our milkweed and Monarchs to grow! These are all native — seeds from right here in Loudoun and surrounding parts of Virginia! We’ll have approximately 3,000 milkweed plants available for purchase. We will have Common milkweed (the #1 choice by Monarchs) and Swamp Milkweed available. We’ll also have Monarch rearing cages, books, t-shirts and information on planting and certifying your garden or landscape as a waystation. In addition to milkweed, Julie Borneman from Watermark Woods Native Nursery will bring all sorts of other great native nectar plants to create your waystation.
